Hello,

I am Christoph Weber, currently serving as an IT Business and Technical Analyst at MSD Animal Health since January 2022. In this role, I am responsible for the seamless implementation of new systems in production and laboratory areas, provide 2nd and 3rd Level Support, and manage various projects. Prior to this, I held the position of Deputy of Quality Control and Group Leader at MSD Animal Health from June 2018 to December 2021, where I played a crucial role in setting up the quality control laboratory and led projects such as the implementation of Labware LIMS and SAP QM.

With a background that spans over a decade in the pharmaceutical and health industry, I have valuable experience gained during my tenure at companies like Böhringer Ingelheim and Shire Plc. My expertise includes environmental monitoring, analytical chemistry, and lab management.

In addition to my professional experience, I am currently pursuing part-time computer science studies, enhancing my IT skills. I hold a diploma in network administration obtained in May 2021. My educational foundation includes a vocational school for chemistry and an apprenticeship examination as a chemical laboratory technician.

I am determined, ambitious, stress-resistant, and a dedicated team player. My analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and organizational talent have been honed through various roles and projects. Proficient in English (spoken and written), I am also well-versed in IT tools such as SAP ERP (QM and PM Module), Labware, MES/PAS-X, and Microsoft Office 365. My database skills encompass MS SQL, and I have hands-on experience with network hardware, including servers, routers, switches, and firewalls.
